Our customer service department will endeavour to respond to your enquiry within 1 working day.
All parcels are shipped by courier. We aim to send all orders within 1-2 business days at receipt of payment, at which time you will be sent an email that your order has been dispatched.
You should then allow for up to 3 business days for your package to arrive at your New Zealand address. However, sometimes service time may vary between 1 and 10 days. Please ensure you give us an address where someone will be available to sign for and receive your parcel during week days. We do not deliver items during the weekends due to delays in courier deliveries.
Please note that during peak seasonal dates, delivery time frames are longer (particularly the November/December Christmas period)
Ordering and Paying
Your order will be shipped after confirmation of payment is made and approved. No items are considered sold until the item has been fully paid for and dispatched.

We will make every effort to ensure that most products are in stock so we can get the goods to you as fast as possible. But we do admit it, we’re not perfect. In some cases, it may be possible that an item that was in stock when you placed your order may be out of stock due to having a retail store with purchases throughout the day. Some items that need to be ordered through the supplier can take up to 2 working weeks. We will be in contact within 1 working day to discuss the delivery date if something is out of stock that you have ordered. In these cases, you will be notified via e-mail or phone by one of the proshop.co.nz customer services representatives and given the option of a credit note or full refund.
Where products are listed with an incorrect price or with incorrect information, we may need to cancel your order. If this happens, we will be very apologetic and feel pretty crappy for making a dumb mistake! If we need to cancel but you’ve already paid us, we will of course make an immediate refund.

We also ACCEPT online bank transfers. Customers can pay by EFTPOS and cash payment at our retail store during business hours.
