Alex Christoforou Coaching
Hi my name is Alex,
I am currently in my first year of my PGA Apprenticeship.
Born in the UK and have been in New Zealand for the last 8 years, prior to joining the GolfHub Team I was based in Wanaka in a variety of roles, but always kept golf as a keen passion.
My golfing background started as a youth in the UK at West Essex Golf Club where I spent countless days playing and practicing - I was hooked. I got my handicap down to 3 by the age of 14 and won the Junior Club Championships. I went on to study sport science at College and University and represent both in regional competition. I also spent two summers in Philadelphia at Julian Krinsky Summer Camp as a golf coach.
Teaching Philosophy
Making the game accessible, fun and enjoyable for everyone.
Currently I specialise in junior golfers and newcomers to the game and love seeing my students grow in confidence and develop their skills.
Coaching Fees:
My prices are as follows and can be split up into 1 hour or 30minute sessions:
- 30 Mins $50
- 1 Hour $70
- 3 Hours $180
- 5 Hours $300
- 10 Hours $550
